Do you provide the alcohol?

State law prevents us from supplying the alcohol. Sip Sip Soirée can provide you with our supplier’s contact information so you can purchase at wholesale prices and arrange delivery right to your event. We’ll also assist in calculating the amount of alcohol need for your festivity.

Is a deposit required to book your services?

A 50% deposit is due along with your signed agreement to secure your event. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.

Can I use my own bartenders?

Yes, please feel free to use your own bartenders/servers (Champagne and/or Beer & Wine carts only) or take advantage of our complete package and let us bartend for you. We’ll provide one, or more certified bartenders at your request.

What is the gratuity policy?

Gratuity is not included in booking packages unless otherwise stated. Clients and guests are welcome to provide gratuity directly to our service staff.

What kind of insurance does Sip Sip Soiree carry?

We carry General Liability and each bartender has the appropriate certification to serve alcohol in Arizona.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation 60 days or more, prior to the even will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellation 31-59 days prior will receive a refund of 50%. Cancellations within the 30 days prior will not receive a refund.

How do I know how much alcohol to buy?

Determining how much alcohol you need can be a fine science. We will provide you with a drink calculator that will help you plan and estimate what beverages will be needed for your event. Our calculator takes into account various details in helping you calculate.

What are your travel fee policies?

We include 50 miles round trip from zip code 85259. Additional travel is based on a per-mile fee of $1.00 per mile over 60 miles.

When should we book?

Reach out as soon as possible, our schedule books up fast! We can coordinate a date and set up a pre-call to make sure all of your needs are met.

Do you provide alcohol or is the host’s responsibility?

Due to Arizona law, it is required that the host supply the alcohol. We can assist in determining the quantity needed. This also saves you mark up costs.
